Fees & Rebates
Transparency is important to our practice. Below is the current fee schedule, effective as of 1 January 2026. Please note that fees are subject to annual review.

*Medicare Rebates: Eligibility is not automatic. To claim a rebate, you must provide a Mental Health Treatment Plan and a valid referral from your GP that meets Medicare requirements. Rebates are subject to annual session limits.
Reports & Support Letters: Charged at the hourly rate of $215 (pro-rata). This reflects the clinical time required to review files and draft documentation. These fees do not attract a Medicare rebate.
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To avoid a fee, we require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and non-attendance incur a 50% fee. Cancellation fees are not eligible for rebates.
Private Health Insurance: If you have private health cover for Psychology, you may be eligible for a rebate. Please check with your provider. You cannot claim both Medicare and Private Health for the same session.
