Drawing on my background in community health, inpatient settings, and private practice, I offer clinical supervision for mental health professionals navigating complex caseloads.

• Complex Trauma & Dissociation: Navigating severe presentations, including C-PTSD and dissociative disorders.

• Advanced and Adapted EMDR: Moving beyond the basic protocol to address complex clinical roadblocks and the unique needs of complex clients.

• Neurodivergent-Affirming Practice: Supporting neurodivergent clients through a lens of executive function and sensory regulation, accessibility support, and understanding.

• Reflective Practice: Managing counter-transference, vicarious trauma, and working to prevent burnout in high-demand settings.

Beyond the Standard Curriculum.
I develop and deliver custom training designed to help clinicians navigate the realities of complex practice. While standard training often targets isolated diagnoses, my workshops focus on the nuances of intersectionality - recognising that complex clients rarely face just one challenge at a time.

Specifically, I provide training on working with the often-overlooked intersections between trauma, dissociation, executive dysfunction, and physiological dysregulation.

I have a strong track record of developing and facilitating training for major public health networks and peak bodies, including Monash Health, Eastern Health, and Sexual Assault Services Victoria, as well as delivering professional development packages for private allied health practices.
